Grundlagen der Veranstaltung
Die Veranstaltung, das GetzenRodeo, besteht aus zwei Läufen. Erster Lauf ist das „GetzenRace“, ein 2-stündiges Hauptrennen mit maximal 50 Teilnehmern. Nach einer ca. 90-minütigen Pause erfolgt im Anschluss daran der zweite Lauf der „GetzenChamp“, ein über 5 Runden dauernder Finallauf. Nur die besten zwölf Fahrer aus dem „GetzenRace“ qualifizieren sich für den „GetzenChamp“.
Teilnehmer und Fahrerausrüstung
Teilnehmen kann jede Person, entsprechende Fitness sowie das fahrerisches Können vorausgesetzt, die im Besitz einer Enduro- oder Motocross-Maschine ist. Trial-Motoräder sind nicht zulässig. Die Motorräder müssen sich in einem technisch ordnungsgemäßen Zustand befinden und dürfen mit Enduro- oder Motocross- Reifen ausgerüstet sein. Trial-Reifen sind nicht zulässig. Eine entsprechende Bekleidung, Stiefel, Handschuhe sowie Helm werden vorausgesetzt und müssen den üblichen Sicherheitsstandards entsprechen. Die Maschinenabnahme findet am 20.10.2018 09:00 Uhr – 16:00 Uhr im Orga-Zelt statt.
Wertung und Klasseneinteilung
Es erfolgt keine Klasseneinteilung. Gestartet werden kann mit Enduro- oder Motocross-Maschinen ohne Hubraumbegrenzung. Am Vorabend, den 20.10.2018, erfolgt im Festzelt ein Überraschungswettbewerb um die Startaufstellung zu ermitteln. Das „GetzenRodeo“ ist in zwei Abschnitte unterteilt. Zum einen in das „GetzenRace“ und zum anderen in den „GetzenChamp“. Das „GetzenRace“ geht über eine Renndistanz von zwei Stunden, wobei jeder Teilnehmer in der Tankzone, die nach 1 Stunde geöffnet wird einen Pflicht- Tankstopp einlegen muss.
Die besten zwölf Fahrer des „GetzenRace“ qualifizieren sich für das Rennen zum „GetzenChamp“. Dieses Rennen führt über 5 Runden auf einem, etwas abgeänderten und noch anspruchsvolleren Rundkurs mit speziellen No-Help-Zonen. Diese Abschnitte sind ohne Hilfe von außen, also vom Fahrer allein, zu bewältigen. Der Teilnehmer, welcher diese fünf Runden als Erster absolviert hat, wird zum „GetzenChamp“ gekrönt.
Nennungen
Wir freuen uns bekannt geben zu können, daß die Fahrernennung zur Teilnahme am GetzenRodeo 2018 vom 14.08.2018 12:00 bis zum 04.09.2018 11:59 Uhr geöffnet sein wird.
Dazu wird das Nennformular zum genannten Zeitpunkt auf unserer Website: www.getzenrodeo.net zur Verfügung stehen.
Der Veranstalter ermittelt aus allen Nennungen die startberechtigten Fahrer aufgrund der begrenzten Startplatzkapazitäten.
Die positiven Bescheide werden am 20.09.2018 den Teilnehmern per Email mitgeteilt; ebenso die mögliche Vergabe von Reservestartplätzen.
Der Zeitpunkt der Nennung innerhalb der Nennfrist hat KEINEN Einfluss auf die Startplatzvergabe.
Preisgelder
Preisgeld erhalten die ersten drei Fahrer des „Getzen Champ“. 1. Platz: 10000,- € • 2. Platz: 6000,- € • 3. Platz: 3000,- € • 4. Platz: 2000,- € • 5. Platz: 1000,- €
Fahrerlager
Das Fahrerlager (geöffnet am 19.10.2018, ab 8.00 Uhr) befindet sich im Mogatec Gelände Grießbach. Die Anfahrt ist vor Ort ausgeschildert und entsprechend gekennzeichnet. Ebenfalls wird, unmittelbar vor der Veranstaltung, eine detaillierte Anfahrtsskizze auf unsere Webseite www.GetzenRodeo.net veröffentlicht.
Fahrtleitungsbüro

Abnahme & Parc Fermé
Die technische- und Dokumenten-Abnahme findet am 20.10.2018 09:00 Uhr – 16:00 Uhr im Orga-Zelt statt. Die Motorräder werden im Parc Fermé abgestellt und sind erst am 21.10.2018 zur Startaufstellung wieder für die Fahrer zugänglich.
Haftverzichtserklärung
Die Haftverzichtserklärung muss bei der Papierabnahme vor Ort von jedem Teilnehmer unterzeichnet werden.
Umweltschutz/Streckensicherung
Das Befahren, vor und nach der Veranstaltung, auf dem Streckenareal ist strengstens verboten! Zuwiderhandlungen werden strafrechtlich verfolgt. Den zum GetzenRodeo genannten Fahrer droht zudem ein Startverbot! Das Einfahren und Abstimmen der Motorräder für die Veranstaltung ist auf einem extra dafür eingerichtetem Testareal am 20.10.2018 von 09.00-19.00 Uhr möglich. Das Betanken ist ausschließlich in der Tankzone auf einer Tankunterlage gestattet. Dort herrscht absolutes Rauchverbot. Den Weisungen der Streckenposten und Ordnern ist unbedingt Folge zu leisten. Das Parken ist nur an den gekennzeichneten Stellen gestattet. Der gesamte Veranstaltungsort ist sauber zu halten.

General Information
The event, the GetzenRodeo, consists of two parts. The first part is the „GetzenRace“, which is the two hour long main race with a maximum of 50 riders. After a break of about 90 minutes the second part takes place, it is the „GetzenChamp“, a final run consisting of five laps. Only the best 12 riders of the „GetzenRace“ are qualified for the „GetzenChamp“.
Competitors ad rider’s equipment
Any person, being in the corresponding fitness shape and having the corresponding rider’s skills, that possesses an Enduro or Motocross bike can take part. Trial bikes are not allowed. The bike must be in a technical properly condition and can be mounted with Enduro or Motocross tyres, Trial tyres are prohibited. Appropriate clothing, boots, gloves and helmet that meet the common safety standards have to be worn. Bike acceptance takes place on October 20th, 9 o’clock a.m. – 4 o’clock p.m.in the organisational tent.
Judging and classes
There is no division into classes. Any Enduro or Motocross bike may be used without any motor size limitation. On the evening before, on the 20th of October 2018, in the party tent, the starting grid will be decided with a Surprise Competition. The „GetzenRodeo“ is split into two heats, the „GetzenRace“ and the „GetzenChamp“. The „GetzenRace“ has a race distance of two hours, in which each rider has to make one mandatory fueling-up pit stop. The Refuel Zone is Open in the second half of the Getzen Race. The best 12 riders of the „GetzenRace“ are qualified for the second heat, the „GetzenChamp“. This heat consists of 5 laps on a in parts changed and even more challenging track with certain „No-Help“-zones. These „No Help“-zones have to be managed without outside help, only by the rider himself. The competitor who finishes these five laps first will be crowned „GetzenChamp“.
Entry registration and entry fee
We are glad to be able to announce the opening of rider’s entry for the GetzenRodeo 2018. The entry form will be online from September 14st 2018 12 a.m. until the 04th of September 2018 11:59 a.m at our website www.getzenrodeo.net.
The organiser determines the riders who may take part from all the entries due to limited starting place capacities.
The positive notifications will be send out on September 20th 2018 via email, as well as possible reserve starting places.
The time of entry in the registration period does not influence the starting place decision process.
Prize money
Prize money is given to the first three riders of the „GetzenChamp“. 1st place 10000,-Euro; 2nd place 6000,- Euro; 3rd 3000,-Euro; 4nd 2000,-Euro; 5nd 1000,-Euro
Paddock
The paddock (opens October 19th 2018, 8 o’clock a.m.) is situated on the Mogatec areal in Grießbach, access will be marked with signs. On our website www.GetzenRodeo.net a detailed directions sketch will be put up a short time before the event.

Technical and document acceptation
The technical and documents acceptation takes place on the 20th of October, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the organisational tent. The motorbikes will be put in the Parc Ferme and will be accessible again for the riders on the 21th of October for the starting grid.
Waiver of liability
The waiver of liability must be signed by each rider at the document acceptance point.
Environmental protection/ Course safety
Riding on the race course, before or after the event, is strictly prohibited! Violators will be prosecuted. Registered GetzenRodeo competitors may be grounded from the race! For technical setup testing there will be a separate test area on the 20th of October 2018, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.. Fueling of bikes is only permitted in the Refuel Zone, using a fueling mattress. There, smoking is absolutely prohibited. Instructions of track marshalls have to be followed absolutely. Parking is only allowed in marked areas. The whole event venue is to be kept clean.
